Artist's Comments

The tone/feeling I got while I was making it was:


A parent is shielding a small child's eyes from from the end of the world and everything going up in flames. The parent is trying to comfort their child by saying,

"DON'T WORRY, IT'S ALMOST OVER." already knowing that was over for them both, but still telling the child that everything was going to be alright.


I'm not exactly sure what this means, but it is, after all, a reflection of my conscious/subconsious... but then again, that's what art is.

oooo i like this jonathan. The title kinda makes you think on a deeper level. It looks like blueprints underneath the spatter, almost the disintegration of power and control because of the messy and disorganized spatter on top of the crisp and precise layout of the map below.

Insane colours-- love it. I really like the title, actually P: It makes you sort of... search for connections. I think that it adds a lot. :B

Thanks, disintegration of power was pretty much exactly what I was going for; the spatter kinda eating away at it...

Good job on realizing it was a map :D :XD:

i like how u used the blue as a dropshadow for the magenta.... very creative design in general... awesome stuff :]
